Who has the best QB group in the ACC?

Marquise Williams has been as dynamic as any quarterback in the ACC, and he’s still getting better. What sets North Carolina’s situation apart, however, is the guy behind the starter. Mitch Trubisky showed enough in practice last fall that he was getting routine playing time early in the year. His upside as a dual-threat QB is probably higher than Williams’ (ESPN.com)
