WCHL, the bankrupt Chapel Hill radio station owned by Triangle businessman Jim Heavner, will be put on the auction block Friday. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Catharine Aron approved terms for the auction of WCHL’s parent company VilCom Interactive Media, which also owns Chapelboro.com. The radio station bills itself as "THE place for news, talk Tar Heel Sports and information for Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Orange County." (Triangle Business Journal)
