With Chizik, slower is better for UNC defense

North Carolina defensive coordinator Gene Chizik’s task could not be more urgent, but he’s not about to rush. Chizik, as the new man in charge of the UNC football team’s defense, has to resurrect a unit that ranked among the worst in the country in 2014 and set school records for defensive ineptitude.
