Ryan Switzer: "With the offseason that I have had and everything that I have done in terms of the mental part of the game, the physical part of the game, I feel like I have put myself in the position to have a great year. I didn't think my explosiveness was where it needed to be. So that's what I really hit on this summer. I am at 183 pounds. My body fat is down to 4%, which is certainly going to help me this fall."
