Lady Heels know it's time to step it up

The first time the UNC women's basketball team lost a game this season, the Tar Heels blamed their inability to make shots. The second time, they blamed effort. But on Sunday, the attitude had changed. After falling to No. 1 Duke 67-62, the Heels were more introspective. After days of soul-searching, UNC heads into the ACC Women's Tournament hoping it can remedy its shortcomings and win a third straight championship. (Raleigh News & Observer)
