DraftExpress.com has released their 2016 NBA Mock draft and many Tar Heels made the list. 23. Justin Jackson: The sophomore is expected to have a big 2015-2016 season after averaging 10.7 point and 3.7 rebounds as a freshman. Jackson was a full-time starter in his first season at UNC and should play an even bigger role this season. (Carolina Blue)
