ACC football preview: Six questions

Former Auburn head coach Gene Chizik has a difficult challenge in Chapel Hill, where he’s been tasked with improving UNC’s defense. While Chizik is considered one of the best defensive minds in college football, it’s hard to imagine even he can orchestrate a dramatic turnaround from a year ago. But even minimal improvement could be the difference between a mediocre and good season.
