Panthers beat Miami on 15-point 4th quarter

A whisker away from falling into a three-touchdown hole, the Carolina Panthers rallied to a 31-30 victory in their home preseason opener Saturday night at Bank of America Stadium. Third-string quarterback Joe Webb, who rallied the Panthers to victory in their preseason opener at Buffalo last week, brought Carolina back from a 21-9 deficit.
