ESPN and Scout released updated Class of 2016 recruiting rankings Wednesday, and three of the nation's top six rising seniors on ESPN's list are in-state prospects. Power forward Harry Giles, who is transferring from High Point's Wesleyan Christian to Oak Hill Academy, is No. 1 on both lists. He is considering Duke, Wake Forest, UNC, Kentucky and Kansas. Injured point guard Dennis Smith Jr., who attends Fayetteville's Trinity Christian School, is No. 4 on ESPN's list.
