No. 4 Lady Tar Heels Come Up Short in Bid to End Duke's Undefeated Season

Seniors Alison Bales and Lindsey Harding led top-ranked Duke to its first unbeaten regular season. Now they're looking for something bigger - a perfect postseason. Bales had 16 points and 12 rebounds in her final home game and the Blue Devils pulled away late in a 67-62 victory over No. 4 North Carolina to seal the first undefeated season in Atlantic Coast Conference history.
