Fedora, Tar Heels need a Plan B at quarterback


North Carolina football coach needs a Plan B at quarterback. There’s no delicate way of wording that fact in view of ’ three-interception performance in Thursday’s 17-13 opening-season loss to South Carolina in Charlotte. In fact, Fedora and his offensive staff should have had an alternative plan in place before the 6 p.m. kickoff in Bank of America Stadium. (WRAL Sports Fan)
