Syracuse QB Terrel Hunt injures Achilles, likely done for season

Syracuse redshirt senior quarterback Terrel Hunt suffered a significant Achilles injury during the first quarter of the Orange's season opener on Friday, SU head coach Scott Shafer said. "He just cut really hard and that Achilles just popped on him," Shafer said. "They said it was an Achilles injury and it's not good." Hunt suffered the injury while taking an awkward step running upfield.
