Bryn Renner waived by Baltimore Ravens

There were few surprises in the Baltimore Ravens’ 17 transactions, which came in comfortably ahead of the NFL’s 4 p.m. 53-man roster deadline. The decision to waive Bryn Renner leaves Matt Schaub as Joe Flacco’s only backup, the sixth straight season in which the Ravens will carry just two quarterbacks into the regular season.
