Posted Feb 24, 2007
Left fielder Reid Fronk capped his first career four-hit game with a two-run home run and right-hander Robert Woodard allowed just one run over six innings, as No. 1 North Carolina improved to 5-0 for the third straight season with a 9-1 victory over Stony Brook Friday at Boshamer Stadium. Now 2-0 on the season, Woodard became just the fifth pitcher in Tar Heel history to reach the 25-win mark.
