2016 SG Rawle Alkins transferring to Word of God prep school

Highly ranked recruit announced that he's leaving New York to attend Raleigh's Word of God Christian Academy. According to the New York Daily News, Alkins decided to leave Christ the King High School in Middle Village, New York, because he played some varsity games as an eighth-grade student in Florida and faced the possibility of being ineligible as a senior, based on Catholic High Schools Athletic Association rules.
