South Carolina QB Connor Mitch out for year with separated shoulder

South Carolina quarterback Connor Mitch is out for the season after suffering a separated shoulder in the 26-22 loss to Kentucky. The injury occurred in the first half with the Gamecocks facing a third-and-4 at the Kentucky 17. Mitch was sacked at the 24 and fumbled the ball. South Carolina recovered the fumble, but Mitch landed hard on his shoulder.
