The game against the Illini represents a chance for Carolina to defeat a Big Ten opponent for the first time since 1999. To do that, head coach Larry Fedora said, they’ll need a complete game from all three phases of the game: offense, defense and special teams. “It’s going to take all three phases,” Fedora said after practice Wednesday. “We’re not going to get it done with or two.” (GoHeels.com)
