Two UNC Records Broken in Win Over Illinois
Posted Sep 20, 2015
UNC saw a couple of records broken on Saturday. First up, senior WR Quinshad Davis moved to the top of UNC's career touchdown receptions list with his 22nd scoring catch in the first half. Davis had been tied with Hakeem Nicks at 21, though Nicks' record came with an asterisk due to his involvement in NCAA violations during his Tar Heel career. Davis' record will not be so blemished.
