James Worthy asking $2.195 million for Bel-Air home

Hall of Fame basketball player James Worthy has put a home in Bel-Air on the market for $2.195 million. Worthy, who owns other property on the Westside, bought the house in 1997 for $945,000, property records show. Worthy, whose play earned him the nickname “Big Game James,” made seven all-star teams and won three NBA titles with the Lakers during the “Showtime” era.
