When and how often Mets' Matt Harvey will pitch in playoffs

Matt Harvey has been on a restricted usage over the last few weeks to limit his innings in his first season back from Tommy John surgery. But in the playoffs, Harvey will have no restrictions during his starts. The more vital question is when and how often he can pitch. Signs point to Harvey starting Game 3 against the Dodgers in the National League Division Series.
