Memphis doesn't need Brandan Wright to be a superstar; they need him to back up a superstar, and he has all the qualities to be able to do it. Wright joined his home state team on a 3 year, $17 million deal, which is a very friendly contract when you consider some of the crazy deals that were thrown towards NBA big men over the summer.
