No Rest in a Bye Week

You may think a bye week in football means the players get a well-needed rest. Maybe practices are more relaxed and the players come out lighter with no game to prepare for. Running back Elijah Hood says not so fast, "I don't know if it's more relaxed, we still come out here with the same effort, same mentality we always have. That's just the way we have to live and play the game." (Carolina Blue)
