The initial Top 30 Watch List for the 2015 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award has been reduced to 15 of the country’s top college quarterbacks, and North Carolina's Marquise Williams is one of the remaining candidates for the prestigious award presented at the end of each season to the nation’s top college quarterback.
