UNC wins one against SEC

Anytime a football team in North Carolina can win a recruiting battle against a Southeastern Conference team, it's a significant achievement. When it's an in-state player who first made a verbal commitment to an SEC school, that's an even bigger deal. Such was the case for the North Carolina Tar Heels last Thursday when Wilmington tight end flipped his pledge from Georgia to UNC. (Fayetteville Observer)
