What sort of pressure do you feel with all of the expectations put on you? Marcus Paige: “I just feel a pressure to make sure the team’s doing everything they can to get it done. There’s more responsibility on my part to make sure everybody’s doing whatever they can do to get this team over the hump and push us to the next level.
