Matt Harvey set for Game 1 of NLCS with shackles off completely

Matt Harvey tried to talk Terry Collins into using him in short relief if necessary in the decisive Division Series contest. The Mets manager instead was saving him to pitch in case Game 5 went to extra innings, and now he is the NLCS Game 1 starter. Remember when he had innings limits? (New York Post)
