Refs at UNC-Wake Have No Idea What a Fair Catch Is

First of all, Ryan Switzer never signals for a fair catch. He was trying to catch Wake Forest sleeping and it worked except the refs stopped the play. Second, if it was a fair catch why no catch interference flag? (Tar Heel Blog)
