Family affair: UNC's Austin Proehl has solid day against Wake
Posted Oct 18, 2015
Because of his childhood, UNC wide receiver Austin Proehl had Saturday’s game against Wake Forest circled on his calendar. Ricky Proehl, Austin's father and a Wake Forest Hall of Famer, played wide receiver for the Deacons from 1986-89. He ranks first in school history in total receiving yards (2,949), receiving touchdowns (25) and single-season receiving yards (1,053 in 1989).
