With the season right around the corner, it is time to unveil my preseason top 40 teams. This should be an exciting campaign with plenty of good teams out there. I predict the North Carolina Tar Heels will cut down the nets in Houston as Hall of Famer Roy Williams celebrates another championship. (ESPN.com)
