No. 3 UNC Field Hockey Falls At No. 7 Wake Forest

The third-ranked UNC field hockey team fell 3-2 at No. 7 Wake Forest Friday, losing for just the second time all season after trailing through most of the game. The Tar Heels mounted a comeback in the final 10 minutes of play at Kentner Stadium but weren’t able to scratch all the way back from an early 3-0 deficit. UNC is now 13-2 overall and 4-2 in ACC play. (GoHeels.com)
