Report: Kentucky freshman Skal Labissiere ruled eligible by NCAA

Kentucky freshman Skal Labissiere has been ruled eligible to play this season by the NCAA, reports Yahoo Sports. Labissiere is currently projected by many as the No. 1 pick in next year’s NBA Draft. The NCAA had been reportedly been investigating Labissiere‘s relationship with guardian Gerald Hamilton, who created a high school program, Reach Your Dream Prep, affiliated with his nonprofit organization.
