Posted Oct 27, 2015
“No he’s not! Yes he is!” Jones Angell exclaimed those words three years ago when Giovani Bernard returned a Wolfpack punt for a game-winning touchdown. The game, on October 27, 2012, was tied at 35 with 30 seconds left in regulation. NC State punter Wil Baumann stood on his team’s 11 yard line. He took the long-snap, stepped up, and booted the football away.
