UNC picking up steam in state football recruiting


The commitment from DT (West Charlotte) follows that of in-state LB (Scotland) and RB (Southern Durham), both of whom pledged to UNC in August. The Tar Heels also landed TE (New Hanover) after he switched his commitment from Georgia to UNC. Along with East Lincoln QB , the Tar Heels now have five in-state players in their 2016 class.
