4-Star UNC OL Commit Jay-Jay McCargo is Explosive

Jay-Jay McCargo is the on-paper headliner of Larry Fedora's 2016 class to this point. Picking the Tar Heels over Penn State as well as considerable SEC and ACC offers in April, he was also the highest-rated verbal at the time he was acquired. The Semper-Fi All American, tabbed as the top offensive guard prospect in the state of Virginia, took in his first game at UNC's Kenan Stadium earlier this month.
