Ravens' James Hurst valuing week of preparation with starters after coming in cold Monday

Left tackle James Hurst doesn’t put his preparation on cruise control when he’s not slated to be a starter, but he’s shuffled from the bench to the starting lineup and back enough to know there’s a difference in preparing all week as a starter. Monday’s substitution into the Arizona Cardinals game in place of starter Eugene Monroe (shoulder) was the third time he’s entered mid-game during the last two seasons.
