Chazz Surratt battles illness, then leads team to big win
Posted Nov 1, 2015
Chazz Surratt wasn’t feeling his best Friday night, but you wouldn’t know it from looking at him on the field.
The senior Mustangs quarterback vomited on the field in the second quarter of his team’s game against Maiden at home in Denver, then led the Mustangs to a 56-28 win over the Blue Devils as East Lincoln won its 26th straight game and clinched at least a share of the Southern District 7 conference title.
