Roy Williams discusses college basketball rule changes


College basketball's new 30 second shot clock doesn't faze , who is entering his 13th year as head coach of the Tar Heels. "I don't waste a lot of time thinking about it," Williams told the media during ACC's operation basketball. "Going from 35 (seconds) to 30 (seconds) is not a big deal for me...I think it makes a lot of us play the same way at the end of the shot clock." (Carolina Blue)
