Reaching back to long before voluntary workouts began in September, Marvin Williams has been a steadying force in his 11th season. He’s the only Hornet who has played well in each of the team’s first three games, averaging 12.7 points, nine rebounds and 2.3 assists. “He’s doing everything and he’s doing it every night,” said coach Steve Clifford.
