With Duke taking the trip to North Carolina this Saturday, it's fitting Scout released the Spotlight of Chazz Surratt, the Denver (N.C.) East Lincoln quarterback who picked the Blue Devils as his college destination in April only to flip to UNC two months later. Now, however, the talk surrounding the three-star Shrine Bowl selection is his play for the defending 2AA state champion Mustangs.
