Chris Leak calls Chazz Surratt to congratulate East Lincoln QB on pending state record

Touchdown responsibility measures the total number of passing, rushing, receiving and defensive scores. For the last 14 years, Chris Leak of Charlotte’s Independence High School has held the top mark in that category – along with most other passing records in North Carolina. (Gaston Gazette)
