Roy Williams is counting on individual players improving to help the team be better than last season's inconsistent squad. Players like Isaiah Hicks, Kennedy Meeks, Brice Johnson, Joel Berry, Justin Jackson, and Theo Pinson are all expected to make significant leaps. Even Joel James could be a force for UNC this year. The Tar Heels are deep. That is what is so exciting. (Carolina Blue)
