North Carolina QB commit Chazz Surratt ties state record with responsibility for 216th TD


After a long career at East Lincoln High in North Carolina, has finally reached the state’s statistical ceiling. Surratt, a dual-threat quarterback, reached the state’s all-time record for career scoring record, taking charge of a 216th career touchdown, tying the career mark previously set by former Florida quarterback Chris Leak.
