UNC ran 80 plays Saturday against Duke. None of them had more of an impact than the very first one. The most telling reaction to the flea-flicker that resulted in an 89-yard touchdown pass from Marquise Williams to Ryan Switzer, however, came from an unidentified Blue Devils defender. “I heard one of their guys tell Switzer ‘this is going to be a long day,” Williams said.
