UNC Field Hockey Beats Undefeated Syracuse to Win 19th ACC Title

Third-ranked North Carolina claimed the 2015 ACC Field Hockey Championship Sunday with a 2-1 overtime victory against top-ranked and top-seeded Syracuse, which came into the game undefeated. It was UNC’s 19th ACC title, its first since 2012. Playing at the University of Virginia's University Hall Turf Field, the third-seeded Tar Heels improved to 18-2 overall.
