The eight honorees include: Brandon Allen of Arkansas, Washington State's Luke Falk, DeShone Kizer of Notre Dame, Michigan's Jake Rudock, Mason Rudolph of Oklahoma State, Baylor's Jarrett Stidham, Deshaun Watson of Clemson and UNC's Marquise Williams.
