UNC dismisses Charlston Gray from team


Two days after signing two dozen new players to letters of intent, North Carolina coach dismissed a veteran one. Rising senior , a full-time starter on the offensive line, has been kicked off the team for repeated violations of team rules, Davis announced Friday. A criminal records check revealed only that Gray was charged with "no operator's license" on Jan. 24, and faces a Feb. 15 court date. (Raleigh News & Observer)
