Brice Johnson reaches for his potential

Brice Johnson is used to tough love. The forward played at Edisto High School in Cordova, S.C., for his own father, Herman Johnson. And despite the numerous awards he garnered, including Gatorade South Carolina Boys Basketball Player of the Year honors as a junior and senior, Brice said his father wasn’t quick to offer praise.
