When you first arrived at UNC, you targeted year 4 as a year you thought could be special. Is this the type of year you envisioned when you said that? – “I would say so. We’ve had a specific plan on how to build a program they way we want to. In the past it’s taken us 4 years and so I think we felt like it would take 3-4 years to get where we wanted to be as a program. It hasn’t been easy and there are always growing pains involved in the process." (Sports-Glutton.com)
