During the second half of No. 1 North Carolina’s 78-58 win against Wofford on Wednesday night, Theo Pinson called Justin Jackson’s name. “I knew he was in a funk,” Pinson said. “I was like, ‘Justin, you’re shooting it,’ just to give him a little confidence.” Jackson air balled the shot, a farcical example of the early season struggles of UNC’s sophomore forward.
