Shakeel Rashad's play this season is a big reason why the Tar Heels have turned a corner on defense. The starting weakside linebacker is second on the team with 70 tackles, while adding two interceptions and three forced fumbles, all career highs with two games left in the regular season. But even with the bigger role and greater responsibility, Rashad does not take himself too seriously.
